We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Central Kitchen Cooks and Line Cooks to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dishes to our guests     Role: Central Kitchen Cook Responsibilities: Prepare and cook large quantities of menu items, banchan, and sauces according to SSAM Korean BBQ's recipes and standards. Innovate and develop new ideas for dishes and sauces that align with our brand and customer preferences. Ensure all products are prepared with consistency and high quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage. Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient production. Working Hours: Full-time positions available with shifts from Monday- Friday   Qualifications: Minimum 2 year of experience as a cook, preferably in a central kitchen or similar bulk food preparation role. Strong understanding of cooking techniques, particularly in large-scale food production. Creativity and passion for developing new dishes and sauces. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail in food preparation. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
