The following regular full-time position is to be filled at our European Headquarters, located in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt, as soon as possible:

 

General Affairs & Fleet Manager (m/f/d)

 

Your Tasks:

  • You manage our General Affairs Team and guarantee efficient workflows
  • You take responsibility over our fleet (~ 50 cars) and administrate our pool cars
  • You are in charge of the company car procurements in the range of leasing as well as the preparation of the return of leasing cars
  • You handle the processing of claims and manage the fleet insurance
  • You continuously check the driver licenses and accident preventions
  • You continuously update our Company Car Policy and Agreement
  • You handle the office facility management by keeping contact with the landlord, maintaining and procurement of office assets and correspondence with external service providers
  • You manage our contracts with external providers and partners
  • You continuously make sure about availability of office supply, coordination of best prices and analysis of efficiency
  • You generally support our Korean expatriates with settlement in Germany and related topics

 

Your Profile:

  • You successfully completed a commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or comparable
  • Ideally you look back on at least 5 years of experience in General Affairs, including Fleet Management and Office Management
  • You have first experience in leading and motivating small teams
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially with Excel
  • You move confidently in an international corporate context and enjoy working with different nationalities and international colleagues
  • You are fluent in English and German and have excellent communication skills
