Mission of the Role:

We are seeking an Office Administrator to coordinate office activities and operations in our Dusseldorf office.

This role will be responsible for making sure the operation of our office is efficient and organized and will work closely with Workplace Experience Manager in Korea.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for performing and/or overseeing activities related to office services operations including on/off-boarding, office facilities/supplies/equipment, vendor relationship management etc.
  • Manages record keeping system; ensures electronic and hard copy files are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures; reviews requests for information.
  • Collaborates with other business department (e.g. HR, Finance, IT and etc.) to resolve any issues in the office
  • Manage local vendors
  • Be part of EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) and ER (Emergency Response) and act as Fire Warden/Emergency POC.
  • Liaison with finance team for admin support and provide ad hoc support as needed.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suit and other software
  • Client service and goal-oriented mindset
  • Able to work in Dusseldorf

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Korean speaking skills
  • Experienced in related positions scope of responsibilities.
  • Fluent in communicating with all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to spot inefficiency and the desire to fix it.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with detail-oriented skills.
